Facilities & Maintenance

Buildings and grounds are our business. The Facilities department is responsible for the construction, maintenance and scheduling of all of the district’s schools and facilities. Our projects range from basic lighting upgrades to building renovations to the more complex planning and construction of a whole new school. We coordinate the use of our classrooms, commons and recreational facilities for district and community uses. Above all, our mission is to ensure that our schools and facilities keep running safely and smoothly.

Basic Insurance Requirements

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions in your contract, for Insurance Requirements specific to your relationship with the Central Point School District 6. The insurance must be kept current and the certificate maintained on file with the District, through the term of your contract. Include your Certificate of Insurance with your Facility Use Form.

Communicable Disease Management Plans

Central Point School District #6 has made communicable disease management plans using requirements and recommendations by the CDC, Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Department of Education, and the Jackson County Health Department.
