CPSD6 RFP - Audit Services

The final date for submissions is May 23, 2025. (The RFP due date has been extended by one week due to a significant network outage resulting from a recent cybersecurity incident impacting district systems.)

The Business Office is responsible for the fiscal management of Central Point School District 6. This responsibility necessitates the oversight of the District's budget and overall financial health. To fulfill these responsibilities, the Business Office maintains the following divisions:

Fiscal operations and accounting
Payroll Processing
District and school budgets
District payables and receivables
Contract Management

Central Point School District 6 is fortunate to have strong support from parents, community members, and local businesses that support our schools by bringing opportunities and resources to the classrooms through donations, partnerships, and volunteering. Many community organizations and businesses already have avenues through which they donate.

Central Point School District is providing a way to make it easier for families and other community members to donate by simply following the link and using the dropdowns to navigate to the school and program you wish to donate to.

Please note, CPSD6 does not accept donations of used refrigerators or microwave ovens. There are other charitable organizations in the Central Point area which may accept such items.

Budget Committee Notices

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the CENTRAL POINT SCHOOL DISTRICT #6,
JACKSON COUNTY, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30,
2026 will be held at the DISTRICT OFFICE, 300 ASH ST., CENTRAL POINT. The meeting will take place on
May 5th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a
public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. An additional, separate
meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the
meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public
comment will be on May 19th, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., held at 300 ASH ST., CENTRAL POINT.
