What is the Jog-A-Thon?

The Jog-A-Thon is the PTO’s biggest fundraising event of the year! All proceeds support our school and teachers throughout the year. Each grade level will have a designated time in which students walk or run as many laps as they can around the school track. This is a great exercise-oriented event that involves students, teachers, parents, family, and friends and helps raise money for our school through pledges collected by the students.

How do students raise pledges?

Students can ask neighbors, friends, and family to support them on a pledge per lab, or a one-time donation. When acquiring sponsorships, make sure your child knows their donations for pledges per lap are to be collected AFTER the Jog-A-Thon.

Pledge envelopes must be turned in to the office by Friday, October 5th! *Please make checks payable to Jewett PTO*
