Message From Mr. Rambo

Jewett Community,

October is here and there is a lot going on at Jewett!  We just had a very successful Jog-A-Thon on Friday. Thanks to all of the parents and PTO members who came to work at the event or to just support our students.  It was a positive event that helped raise money for our school and build stronger parent/school partnerships.

October is an important academic time.  Classrooms are past the beginning of the year reviews and are into important grade level units.  Please be an active part of your student’s education by reviewing their homework and communicating with teachers as needed.  Make sure your student is taking advantage of the internet based IXL Math program.  If you don’t have log-in information, have your student get it from their teacher.

As always-thanks for partnering in our efforts to make Jewett the best possible school for our students.

Mr. Rambo

Thank you to all who helped at the Jewett clean-up last weekend—it looks great!!!  A BIG thank you to Ms. Elmer for organizing this event.
